Healthcare professionals talk<br>of five elements needed for true wellbeing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Make connections<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Take action<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Take notice<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keep learning<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-black-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0a665810fb93c092b8fde3da039a613e\"><strong>Give.<\/strong><br><strong>A Twelve Step programme would meet all these<br>requirements. Do I fully understand the path to<br>feeling better than well?<br>All the above elements require effort. They will not<br>just happen. Many us have been so trapped in our<br>role of helpless victim and are not good at taking<br>action. But nothing changes if nothing changes, as<br>they say in AA. We must ask for help.
